Getting started: 5 steps to selling online with Drizly

Whether you run a family-owned shop in Austin or a chain on the rise in St. Louis, chances are you’re after the same thing: an efficient way to increase sales. Luckily, selling online with Drizly can be done in as little as 48 hours by following five simple steps.

  1. Visit

Come to our dedicated retailer website,, and fill out the form right on the homepage. From there, you can schedule a time that works for you to chat with our Retail Partnerships Team. They’ll answer any and all of your questions to make your transition to selling online seamless.

  1. Decide who will do the deliveries

When it comes to the deliveries themselves, you have two straightforward options:?

  1. Your store will handle all deliveries on your own, or?
  2. You will partner with a third-party delivery service to do the deliveries for you (in states where it’s legal).?

Both options have their pluses and minuses, and your Retail Partnerships team member will help you navigate which delivery method will be best for you and your business.

  1. Inventory management

Once deliveries are all set, you’ll be ready to integrate your inventory into our site. You will work directly with our Store Integrations team, which has launched every single Drizly store and dealt with over 100 POS systems. If a product is in your store, they’ll make sure it shows up on Drizly.

  1. Credit card processing?

Since your store is always the merchant of record, you are paid in full directly for all sales coming from Drizly,. Most importantly: we will never hold any of your funds. You’ll receive daily settlement batches for your Drizly orders and we?ll invoice you at the end of each month for payment.

  1. Start selling

That’s it, you’re ready to start delivering orders! Woop woop! Your Drizly rep will take you through a final onboarding call where they will run through all of the tools we have available for you, including:

  • A retailer portal where you can gather market insights
  • The driver app
  • An ID verification scanner?

They’ll also run some test orders for you and your team to get familiar with the process. If at any point in your partnership you need assistance, you’ll have a dedicated Account Management team member to help. Think of them as an extension of your business, they’ll be your go-to person for any questions, concerns or issues that come up along the way.
